How to take Harnikare?

Take regularly before meals. Use alongside your doctor’s advice, avoid heavy lifting, and seek immediate care if severe pain or strangulation occurs.

Mix in half cup of fresh water. Give 3 times daily — morning, afternoon, and night. Best given before meals.

🧑 Adults (13–60 years)

drops per dose

15–20 drops in half cup water, 3 times daily. Always use alongside surgical assessment — hernia does not resolve without surgery in most cases. Avoid heavy lifting and straining at stool.
