How to take MAG Drops 22

Take consistently before meals for effective management of acute and chronic back pain.

Mix in half cup of fresh water. Give 3 times daily — morning, afternoon, and night. Best given before meals.

10–15 drops in half cup water, 3–4 times daily. In acute back pain: take every 2 hours for the first 48 hours. Apply warm fomentation to the back for additional relief. Combine with core strengthening exercises once acute pain subsides.
