How to take UrtikaMag

Take regularly before meals. Identify and avoid known allergy triggers whenever possible.

15–20 drops in half cup water, 3 times daily. Drink minimum 3 litres water daily to flush uric acid. Avoid purines: red meat, organ meat, seafood, alcohol, beer, fructose. Monitor serum uric acid level every 3 months. Cherries and Vitamin C reduce uric acid levels naturally — eat daily.
